Group Fitness
We offer 15 classes per week in both the mornings and evenings. Choose from Spin, Get pumped, Boot Camp, Kick Boxing, Yoga, Pilates, and Cardio core.
Our instructors are seasoned professionals, with over a decade of experience. Regardless of your age or fitness level, they can help you to burn fat and have fun at the same time

Staffed Gym Hours
Monday – Friday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
