Amenities and Prices

Boxing Room
This is the newest addition to our facility. A full-scale boxing gym complete with a professional ring. We have 8 heavy bags, 3 speed bags, 2 focus bags, a BoxMaster quad tower training station, battle ropes, rowing machines, farmer’s walk treadmills, a neck machine and stretching machines.

We also offer professional boxing classes Monday – Thursday from 5pm-7pm. Youth boxing memberships available. Call for more information.

Circuit Room
Our circuit room cannot be matched! We have 3 distinct circuits available. The first is the “Nautilus One” circuit. This is the ultimate total body, user friendly circuit. The user does not have to worry about weight stacks or pins. Just a dial that you turn to choose the weight you want.

The second is the “Human Sport” circuit. This circuit is iso lateral, and uses your body’s own natural pathways to exercise.

The third is Nautilus’s flagship circuit, called “Nautilus Inspiration.” With multiple machines for each body part, this circuit has 20 pieces for unparalleled variety to keep your body guessing.

Cardio Area
We have more than 40 pieces of the most advanced cardio equipment in the world. Plus 8 cable equipped TV’s to help pass the time.

Free Weight and Leverage Room
For the ultimate in ergonomic comfort, nothing beats the “Hammer Strength” and “Nautilus Leverage” plate loaded equipment. These two brands are the top choice, for athletes worldwide, for a good reason. You can work out hard, with virtually no stress on your joints. The movements are as smooth as glass.

If free weights are your thing, no gym in Massachusetts has more free weights than Guaranteed Fitness! With 3 sets of dumbbells going up to 150 pounds and over 10,000 pounds of Olympic plates, we are second to no one!
